Worked in conjunction with the Bosorne Mine that lies further to the south-east.

The Bollawal site is marked by a line of old shafts, dumps and a solitary stack close to the Carn Gloose chamberd cairn.

With diligent searching the dumps will yield specimens of Cassiterite and Amethyst.
