Nova Project
An underground nickel mine.
Ni-Cu-Co sulphide deposit, discovered in July 2012.
The nearby Bollinger deposit was discovered in February 2013.
Magmatic nickel-copper deposit hosted within the lower granulite facies mafic rocks of the Fraser Zone of the Albany-Fraser Orogen. The host rocks consist of a suite of meta-gabbroic to meta-picrite cumulates which have been metamorphosed to a high metamorphic grade.
Located in the Fraser Range, approximately 120 km east of Norseman and 220 km south-west of Kalgoorlie, and 38km north of the Eyre Highway.
