Typical minerals from calciphyres (fassaite, grossular, vesuvianite, etc.) are found on the left side of the valley, in the sector between Malga Stabio di sopra and Lago della Sorba, in the taluses at the foot of the steep walls of Costone di Val Bona, Zucconi, and Farinas del Frerone.

Marialite crystals in black-grey limestone are found at Malga Stabio di sotto.

A mineral assemblage consisting of quartz, orthoclase, mica, tourmaline, and garnet is observable in aplite and pegmatite dykes within tonalite to the east of Malga Stabio di sotto.
