Named after a famous Australian racehorse. Only one entry was found for the mine. While a gold mine, a seam of scheelite, 6 inches wide, was uncovered in 1947, at the 200 foot level. The lease at this time was owned by E. Nunn. The mine bordered the west side of the Kalgoorlie-Menzies Road, 200 metres north of its intersection with the main street of Kalgoorlie. It was sited in a remnant triangular area, surrounded on two side by houses, and to the east by the Kalgoorlie-Menzies Road. Little appears to remain of the mine.
