Geology:
The property is underlain by mafic and intermediate metavolcanics including pillowed lavas, tuff and agglomerates. The vein strikes N55Β° E and dips 20-80Β°SE and is cut near its west end by a lamprophyre dike. The vein has a length of approximately 600 feet but the vein has been cross cut by a left-hand fault of approximately 60 feet displacement.

History:

1929: Staked by S. Beanland
1934: P.D. Hermiston and R. McCauley - discovery.
1934-35: Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company of Canada - DD,stripping.
1936: Goodfish Mining Co. Ltd. - trenched 2000 ft, shaft sinking.
1938-39: Beanland Mining Company Limited - trenched 300 ft; surface and underground DD, shaft sinking, underground development
1946: A.E. Perron - DD'd 3720 ft.
1991: Gwen Resources Limited - ground geophysics, trenching, mapping, DDrilling 308 m, bulk sampling.
1995: Wabana Explorations Inc. - conducted airborne geophysics
