A drill hole and Zn occurrence located 3.6 km (2.2 miles) ENE of Savannah, E of Carter Creek.
Deposit: HATCH LOCALITY 24. COAL: ZN 8.8-940 PPM, AVG. 240; CD .12-5.4 PPM AVG. 1.56PPM. ASH: ZN 11-4,540 PPM, AVG. 1,223 PPM; CD 1-26 PPM, AVG. 7.6 PPM. CADASTRAL LOCATION: NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SEC. 1, T. 67 N., R. 14 W. ; INFO.SRC : COBB MINES ABANDONED BEFORE 1858. CADASTRAL LOCATION: T. 90 N., R. 1 E. ; INFO.SRC : COBB

Geology: Sphalerite in cleats in coal; core samples from wiley, whitebreast and wheeler coal beds of the cherokee group. Mineralized joints occur in the stewartsville member of the galena formation.
