See Old Station Well Mindat locality for more information about this mine, and nearby gemstone fossicking sites.
Mindat map shows Ramberanna Dam, just south of the former Mount Riddock homestead site.
It should be noted that the old homestead was dismantled and relocated to the Gemtree Roadhouse in 2014.
The dam could be dry, the Old Station Well itself derelict, and creeks in the area normally dry as well. This is a remote location and care should be taken. Apparently the owners of Mount Riddock Station are preventing access to the area.
