Andersen (1931) designation of the quarry: "Øvre Lie I (Liekleiven)" (p. 104).
Small feldspar quarry 400 m NNW of the Li farm where up to 1927 300 tons of feldspar were mined.
Identification of this locality is complicated due to the presence of at least three more quarries, probably working in the same pegmatite, since they are orientated in a nearly perfect straight line.
The other quarries are from after Andersen's (1931) time. Further study is required to find out which is which.
The three other quarries are respectively Li 10, 11 and 12.
