Thin, 2-15 cm wide veins of manganese oxides and manganese silicates in a quartz-rich metasandstone.
The locality is numbered as locality 455 in the "Økonomisk-geologisk kart 1:250.000 Sauda" (map attechment to Nordrum & Van der Wel 1981)

The coordinates are those from NGU. Needs to be confirmed.
Alternative coordinates based upon Kartverket suggested by Ronald Werner are: 59.56255,7.32143
(Ronald Werner commentary: There seems to be a lot of loose boulders close to the coordinates).
