An island in Salem Sound. The report of arfvedsonite needs validation. Authors such as Warren and Palache (1911) through Lyons (1976) published chemical analyses showing that Massachusetts "arfvedsonite-riebeckite" series amphiboles should be simply labeled "riebeckite".
