A former small underground Au-Cu-Ag group of mines located in the NE ΒΌ sec. 7, T.14S., R.27E, approximately 4 miles NNW of Dos Cabezas. Produced 1885-1935. Owned/operated at times, or in part, by the Gold Slope Mining Co., Park Mining and Milling Co., Maria Copper Co., and the Mineral Park Gold Mining Co.

Mineralization is irregular quartz veins containing spotty free gold, copper oxides and sulfides in epidotized and chloritized Laramide volcanics intruded by a Laramide granitic plug.

Workings consist of numerous small workings from tunnels and shafts. Worked during the late 1880's mainly and a few hundred tons of ore were produced in the group intermittently from 1915 to 1935.
