Colle delle Vallette (2312 m) is a pass, located between Monte Pian Real (2619 m) to the south and Punta Costabruna (2414 m) to the north, which connects Vallone del Sangonetto (Sangone valley) to Vallone del Gravio (Susa valley).

ENE-WSW-trending layers of greenschist facies metabasites (prasinites) crosscut the pass and separate calcschists to the north from serpentinite to the south. Some small lenses of metagabbro are embedded in serpentinite.


Serpentinite is crossed by Alpine metamorphic veinlets with fibrous minerals (chrysotile).

Prehnite crystals were found in metagabbro boulders to the west of the pass.
