A former underground Pb-Ag-Zn-Cu-Au mine located in the NE¼NW¼NW¼ sec. 3, T.21S., R.14E, on National Forest land. Owned at times, or in part, by the A.D.E. Contracting & Development Co.; McCutchan; Wolf & Callahan; and, La Rocque.

Mineralization is spotty, partially oxidized argentiferous galena & other sulfides in a quartz-fissure vein cutting Cretaceous rhyodacite welded tuff and interbedded arkose members.

Workings include shaft operations. Some 550 tons of ore averaging about 10% Pb, 11 oz. Ag/T, 5% Zn, and minor Cu were produced from 1950 through 1955.
