Deposit: Scheelite occurs As small sparsely disseminated crystals in quartz stringers along the contact between rhyolite and limestone.the contact, and the bedding in the limestone strike E n35 W and dip 35 sw.

Deposit type: Low-sulfide Au-quartz vein

Development: In 1944, the allied tungsten corp explored the deposit with several small prospect pits. Only traces of tungsten were found and none was ever mined or shipped.

Geology: Veins cut across the beds, commonly are silicified breccias in fault zones. They form conspicuous dark outcrops up to several tens of feet wide
