Alteration: Some Parts Of The Vein Are Open Textured And Spongy From Surface Water Leaching.

Commodity: Analytical data from w.d. Johnson, 1928 p.41.

Deposit: Northeast trending veins ranging from 1 ft. To 4 ft. Wide contain brecciated limestone fragments cemented by calcite, quartz and fluorspar. Some galena is scattered throughout the veins and where oxidation is extensive vanadinite, cerussite, anglesite and wulfenite are present. Deposit originally covered by 4 unpatented claims (1906). Relocated and covered by 2 unpatented claims (1929).

Geology: For regional geology see sierra caballos district

Rock formation(s): Magdalena Group;Nakaye Formation
