A former Ag-Au-Cu-P-Zn occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 12, T21N, R21W, G&SRM, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by the Banner Gold Mining and Milling Company, California (1931). Operated by George F. Reed - Reed and Reed, Arizona (1952). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Middle Proterozoic granitic rocks.
