A former Pb-Zn-Au-Cu-Ag-U-As-Mn-V-pyrite occurrence/group of claims/mine on 4 claims located in the SEΒΌ sec. 5, T22N, R17W, G&SRM, 2 miles NE of Cerbat, 1.5 miles NNW of Silver Mountain, on Bureau of Land Management administered land and/or private land. Previous owners and operators included the Stockton Hill Mining Company (1909); Smith and Retron; A.W. Smith (1948); Fontaine-Cupel, Uranium Company; L.H. Dickens (1943); Farley, Thomas, and Stevens (1947); L.M. Dickens (1947); C.A. & R. Mines, Incorporated (1984-1986). Owned by Douglas Martin (1977). Owned by Mr. Jon Spencer (2009). Owned by Gamin Resources, British Columbia, Canada (1986). Owned by Clack (1967-). Operated 1915 through 1955. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in schist, gneiss and granite. The ore body strikes N70W and dips 80NE at a width of 1.22 meters (4 feet). The mineralization is associated with a Late Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30ΒΊE. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NW regionally. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 426.72 meters and an overall depth of 121.92 meters comprised of a 400 foot shaft with drifting on 2 levels.

Production statistics: 1947 (ore - estimate): Pb = ^14 weight percent; Zn = 28 weight percent; Au = 0.02 ounce (1 gram) per metric ton; Ag = 2.0 ounces (56 grams) per metric ton.

Reserves and resources: ore in situ (1947): total resources = 9,000 metric tons of ore with Pb at 3.6 weight percent and Zn at 14.2 weight percent.
