A former underground gold mine located about 2,000 feet NW of the Pyramid Mine.

Mineralization is a vein in coarse-grained granite. The vein consists of a series of quartz stringers occupying a shear zone in the granite. General dip of the zone is 82º to the N.; width is from 10 to 18 feet.

Workings include a 115 foot deep shaft at the West end of the property. Ore assays at $1 to $14 Au/T (1934 values).
