A Ag occurrence/mine. It is not clear if this old mine was a predecessor to the Mineral Park Mine (Ithaca Peak Mine) (https://www.mindat.org/loc-37445.html).
Mineralization is a 1 to 2 foot wide vein of chloride ore.
Workings include underground openings comprised of 500 feet of shafts, drifts and tunnels (1881).
