A former underground gold mine located in the center of sec. 25, T.19N., R.20W., about 2 miles SE of Oatman. Operated 1928-1930.

Mineralization is a fault with a length of about 1 mile. The North end is offset 100 feet by an East-West fault and difficult to trace beyond that point. The South end joins the Mallery fault. Wall rock at the surface is andesite. Much of the vein consists of coarse-grained quartz and calcite and is low grade. Quite variable in width along the strike. Small stringers occur in adjacent wall rock. On the 500 foot level the footwall of the vein, which at this point dips steeply to the NE, is the Esperanza Trachyte, while the hanging wall is Oatman andesite.

A small oreshoot is found in the winze sunk below the 500 foot level. Limited in both horizontal and vertical directions. It consists of quartz, very little calcite and visible specks of coarse gold.

Workings include a main shaft at 500 feet deep plus a winze on the 500 foot level. Reopened in 1929-1930.
