Deposit: Mineralized shear zone with oxidized, argentiferous lead ore. The keystone mine, located on the n. Slope of spruce mt., is developed by open cuts, shallow shafts, and short adits. A mineralized shear zone occurs at the shaft, and silver-bearing oxidized lead ore has been mined from it. The keystone has had a small production, mostly pre 1916.
