Silver Bar Mine
On Mineral Creek just above camp of Cooney.
The Cooney Mine had a tunnel (Silver Bar Tunnel) which extended southwards from the south bank of Mineral Creek. This tunnel worked the Silver Bar vein.
A branch of the Silver Bar vein was the Twig vein.
The mine was owned by the Mogollon Gold & Copper Co.
Structure: Mineralization Occurs Along A Northwest-Striking Fault.
Deposit: 8 patented claims covering about 94.5 acres.
Rock formation(s): Mineral Creek Andesite
Ore(s): Fault-Fracture Structural Control.
