A small feldspar quarry (called an experimental pit by Bjørlykke 1934) worked in a granite pegmatite dike located at the eastern slope of the hill Vardeheia (Varaheia) on the land of the Skripeland Farm.

The Skripeland and several of the Landås quarries are located close to each other and all seem to have been of relatively modest size.

The altitude map is inconclusive as to which one is which.

The coordinates presented here are a best guess, and at these coordinates, a quarry is actually visible. However, this could also be Skripeland 2.

Fieldwork is required to confirm all the quarries at the Vardeheia.

Bjørlykke locality nr 39.
