A former underground Pb-Zn-Ag-Au mine located about ½ mile above Providence, on the North side of the road from Providence to Poland. Owned by the Merchants Mining Co. (Mr. Ed Block of Prescott).

Mineralization is the Merchants Home vein that strikes NE. It is 20 fee6t wide on the 300 level.

Workings include a 300 foot deep shaft with levels at 100, 165 & 240 feet. Production was 1,000 tons of crude ore.
