A former surface and underground Au-Ag-Cu mine located in the NW¼ sec. 33, T.10N., R.4E. (Brooklyn Peak 7.5 minute topo map). Claims extend into the center of the N1/2 of sec. 33, and into sec. 3, T10N, R3E, and sec. 21, T9.5N, R4E. Produced 1936-1940.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting, shearing and igneous activity. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was noted.

Area structures include veins parallel to andesite dikes which trend E-W to NE and dip at low angles (less than 40 degrees). Local granite is massive and unfoliated.
