Zn-Pb-Fe stratiform deposit in Ordovician schists, quartzites and limestones. The primary mineralization is strongly modified after Hercynian regional metamorphism and tectonics.
An abandoned gallery and some dumps are accessible 1 km north of the village of Arres de Jus, at an altitude of 1300 m.
