A Cu deposit located in the NW¼ sec. 33, T4S, R9E (Florence 7.5 minute topo map), about 3¼ miles WNW of Florence, on the N side of the Gila River. Previously owned by the Continental Oil Co. - Conoco, of Colorado (1980).

Further exploration by BHP Billiton in the 1990s.

Mineralization is a porphyry copper orebody. Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals.
