A farm area (the owner's family name is Bjordam). On the farmland there is an aventurine feldspar (Sunstone)-bearing pegmatite hosted in precambrian paragneises and amphibolite, locally also with anthophyllite-cordierite-phlogopite-sillimanite schists and a scapolite-bearing amphibolite.
