An active quarry currently operated by the Martin Marietta Materials Corporation in Woodville, Ohio. According Ernest Carlson (1991), fluorite was discovered in the south part of this quarry when it was operated by the Woodville Lime and Chemical Company.

The quarry surrounds the Woodville (or Union) Cemetery, which was established in the 1840s.
