A former underground Ag-Au mine located in sec. 19, T.20N., R.20W., about 4 miles NW of Oatman.

Mineralization is a lode orebody. NNW to WNW-trending vein and falt system occurs in Tertiary volcanic rocks.Slickensides on the Meals fault dip 20º to 60º SE.
