Ancient lead and zinc mine (abandoned in 1931), working quartz veins of the Bockswiese vein system ('Bockswieser Gangzug').
The Gelbe Lilie mine is located immediately east of the Glücksrad mine.

Located near Oberschulenberg, 2 km west of Schulenberg and about 6 km NE of Clausthal-Zellerfeld.


Notes:
- Mineral collecting has been forbidden in approx. March 2014 (http://www.mineralienatlas.de/forum/index.php?topic=26918.msg268435;topicseen#new).
- It seems probable that the relative mineral wealth of this mine (by comparison to close-by mines) is due to a 3-month mine fire around 1721, resulting in pseudo-firesetting assemblages. (see http://www.mineralienatlas.de/forum/index.php/topic,3084.msg158722/topicseen.html#new).
