A beryl prospect in the Oxford pegmatite field. Recent mining during 2000/2003 has uncovered many secondary phosphates previously unknown from this locality.

Recent mining in the 2010's has added several new mineral species. Micro Indicolite (Tourmaline) was found in 2019, additional small pieces of Tourmaline have been found since.
