Köppen climate type:

Ultrabasic rocks and basic charnockites in biotite-garnet-sillimanite gneisses and graphite-garnet-wollastonite marbles located in the Northeast Ahaggar Mts.

Complex ultrabasic lens: orthoferrosilite-clinopyroxenite, orthopyroxenite and norite (hypersthene, clinopyroxene, magnetite, and labradorite), cut by a hypersthene charnockitic pegmatite.

Description of the orthoferrosilite-clinopyroxenite mineralogy.
