Calc-alcaline volcanic arc of Lesser Antilles.
Gabbroic olivine coarse-grained cumulates (basaltic liquid fractionation) in a maar.
Highest peak is the Morne Vent Soufflé (687 m) with a north view on the Soufrière and a south view towards the Saintes Islands and Dominica.
