A former underground Cu-Fe-Ag mine and group of claims located in the E½ sec. 14, T.11N., R.4W. Peeples Valley 7.5 minute topo map). Claims extend into the W½NW¼ sec. 13 and the SW¼SW¼ sec. 12. M.S. 4695A has been amended.

Mineralization includes secondary copper minerals.
