A Be(beryl) occurrence/group of claims/prospect located in secs. 30 & in the NE¼ sec. 31, T16½N, R15W, G&SRM, on land of mixed/private ownership. Claims owned by P. H. Congrove & H. L. Perry, Arizona (1962). Owned by E. Blevins, Arizona (1962). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a zoned 300 foot long, 100 foot wide pegmatite body hosted in Neoproterozoic pegmatite. Local rocks include Early Proterozoic granitic rocks.

Workings include surface openings comprised of a stripped area.
