Andrelândia nappe (Quartz-K feldspar-kyanite-garnet paragneisses, kyanite-garnet granulites associated with impure quartzites, calc-silicates rocks, tholeiitic amphibolites and ultramafic sills and lenses).
Lenses (boudins) of quartz+feldspar leucosomes within kyanite Al-grnulites and ultramafic lenses of phlogopite orthopyroxenites and garnet clinopyroxenites.
UHP metamorphic rocks recrystallized into high-grade granulite at shallower levels during exhumation (collision zone).
Located 100km W of Juiz de Fora.
