A surface U-V occurrence/mine located in T39N, R29E,** G&SRM, 2.5 km (1.6 miles) SSW of Toh Chin Lini Mesa (coordinates of record), S of Toh Chin Lini Canyon, on private land. **Scarborough gives T&R values of the SE¼ sec. 11, SW¼ sec. 12, NE¼ sec. 13, N boundary of sec. 14 and NE¼ sec. 15, T39N, R28E.

Mineralization is irregular, tabular layers hosted in Late Jurassic claystone, siltstone and sandstone of the Salt Wash Member of the Morrison Formation. Ore is found in clusters, usually associated with carbonaceous detritus. Local rocks include rocks of the Morrison Formation.

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
