A V-U-Cu occurrence/claim located 1.8 km (1.1 miles) S of Mitchell Mesa (coordinates of record). The claim is owned by H. Binoli, Gouldings, Utah. T&R values are not presented for this locality.

Mineralization is a replacement paleochannel deposit with ore in seams hosted in Triassic sandstone. The thin seams are surrounded by vanadium mineralization and carbonaceous debris. The paleochannel trends N55W, is 350 feet wide and 75 feet deep and is filled with fine- to medium-grained, massive sandstone. Local rocks include Permian to Pennsylvanian sedimentary rocks.
