A former Cr mine located in sec. 3, T5N, R10E, MDM, 3.7 km (2.3 miles) SSE of Sunnybrook, on the divide between Rock Creek and Jackson Creek, E of devils Gate, on private land. Owned by Carl H. Kremmel (1953). R. E. Daggett leased and began work on the property in 1916. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of 3 adits, raises, and 2 shafts. The workings were flooded and inaccessible in 1943.

About 60 tons of ore averaging abouty 40% chromic oxide and 4% silica were shipped in 1916. About 3 tons remained on various dumps.

Reserves are not known.
