A former lode Au mine located in the SE¼ (estimated) sec. 35, T21N, R4E, MDM, 4.6 km (2.9 miles) ESE of Cherokee, now inundated by Lake Oroville (2 miles SW of the Bloomer Hill lookout. Adjoins the Bloomer Hill Mine). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a glory hole, shaft and tunnel.
