A former magnesite mine located in secs. 5 & 9, T13S, R24E, MDM, 2.1 km (7,000 feet) N of Piedra (near the Piedra PO) and 1.5 km (5,100 feet) ENE of Piedra, along the S side of the Kings River, between river miles 92 & 93 (2 locations). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).

Workings include unspecified surface openings.
