A clay (Fullers Earth) deposit located in secs. 20, 26 & 28, T21S, R17E, MDM, 9.5 km (5.9 miles) NNW of Avenal (Kings County) and about 19.3 km (12.0 miles) ESE of Coalinga. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. The property consists of 160 acres in sec. 20; 80 actres in sec. 28 & 160 acres in sec. 26.

NOTE: Not the Webb and Mingus property (Pioneer claim).

Local rocks include Plio-Pleistocene and Pliocene loosely consolidated deposits.

Workings include unspecified surface openings/operations.
