Nepheline syenite. The Princess Sodalite quarry has a century long history and is still being worked at present. The quarry itself is currently closed to the public due to safety concerns.

The Princess sodalite quarry is located 300 feet north of the East road on lot
25, concession XIV, Dungannon township. The property was opened up about 1906, and 130 tons of sodalite rock was shipped to England for use as decorative stone.
