A Au prospect located in sec. 23, T7S, R34E, MDM, 3.3 km (2.1 miles) SSW of Sierra View (coordinates of record), along Black Canyon (eastern side), on National Forest wilderness land (Black Canyon Roadless Area Review & Evaluation (RARE II) Area). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include Cambrian marine rocks.

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
