A former W mine located in sec. 11, T7S, R30E, MDM, 3.6 km (2.2 miles) W of Scheelite (near the head of Huckleberry Canyon), on National Forest wilderness land (John Muir Wilderness), in the Sierra Nevada. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is a W deposit hosted in granodiorite, limestone, and marble. The ore body is lenticular at a width of 2.44 meters and a length of 27.43 meters. The deposit lies along a granite-marble contact. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of 1 adit 90 feet below the bottom of the open cut is 119 feet long. Another adit is 55 feet long. There are also several small open cuts.
