A former lode Au-W occurrence/mine located in sec. 11, T30S, R40E, MDM, 1.8 km (1.1 miles) SE of Government Peak and about 4 km (2.5 miles) S of Randsburg. The property covers 20 acres. Owned by C.A. Koehn, Randsburg, California (1914). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. This is an old mine that was probably later renamed and/or consolidated into larger holdings.

The deposit is comprised of a number of small, parallel veins. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 76.2 meters and comprised of shafts at 50 to 250 feet deep.

The ore was shipped to the Red Dog custom mill. 2 leasers worked a portion of the holdings.
