A placer Au occurrence located in the NW¼NE¼ sec. 30, T29N, R12E, MDM, 4.7 km (2.9 miles) NNE of Diamond Mountain (coordinates of record), along Gold Run Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
The recent deposits of placer gold were derived from an old stream channel that existed at or near present ridge summit, E of Hill Creek.
