A Au-Ag prospect located in sec. 13, T7N, R24E, MDM, 1.2 km (3,900 feet) NNE of Mount Patterson (coordinates of record) (N slope of Mount Patterson), on National Forest land. Operated in the 1930's. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Mineralization is a Ag deposit in a quartz vein near a contact within a metasomatized zone. Local rocks include Tertiary intrusive rocks (hypabyssal), unit 1 (Cascades Volcanic Field).
Production information: Total 10,000 to 20,000 ounces of Ag per ton, and probably closer to 20,000 ounces per ton.
