A former Au prospect/mine located in the NW¼SE¼ sec. 19, T3S, R31E, MDM, 6.6 km (4.1 miles) WSW of Banner Ridge (coordinates of record) (3 miles S of Wildrose Canyon), on National Forest land. Property was comprised of 16 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 5,000 meters (one MRDS file, only - the one with poorer data).

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a series of parallel veins 3 to 6 feet thick, hosted in granite. The ore body strikes NW and dips 50SE at a thickness of 1.83 meters. Local rocks include Quaternary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 2 (Long Valley Caldera).

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of a number of short tunnels and open cuts.
